Basics of Sourdough

In this introductory workshop, you will create your very own sourdough starter for making all sorts of fermented baked goods!
You’ll become equipped with tips and guidelines for helping your starter grow and ferment
Learn about the history, science, and the benefits of consuming sourdough
You’ll even get to sample a variety of sourodugh foods, and take recipes for making your own sourdough breads, pastries, etc!
