Weekly Yoga Classes!
Yoga focuses on Increased flexibility, Muscle strength and Tone, Improved Respiration, Cardiovascular Health, Improved Athletic Performance, Protection from Injury, Improved Posture and Release of Tension in limbs.
The movement class is similar to Tai Chi or gentle yoga because it uses slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility.
Drop in, and 10 and 30-session packages.
Tuesdays: 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – Gentle Beginning Yoga
Thursdays: 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – Gentle Beginning Yoga
Saturdays: 7:45-8:45 a.m. – Movement Class, all levels
First class is free to sample!
