Yoga

Offering several weekly yoga classes, plus an opportunity for private yoga sessions. Yoga focuses on increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, cardiovascular health, improved athletic performance, protection from injury, improved posture and release of tension in limbs.

Yoga movements are great exercise and help to relieve anxiety and stress.

  • Tuesdays: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – All Levels
  • Thursdays: 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – All Levels
  • Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – All Levels Gentle

 

All levels/beginners welcome, try a single class for $15, or buy a 10-class pack for only $120

Yoga instructor Kristi Sullivan has been teaching yoga since 2004, has trained with and been influenced by the teachings of Seane Corn, and completed her 200-hour teacher certification at West Hartford Yoga in 2009.

Kristi encourages her students to be empowered by their yoga practice – uniting the mind and body while transforming the spirit. When she isn’t teaching, Kristi hosts a virtual community to support personal development and self care. She also is a speaker, workshop teacher, retreat leader, and co-author of 3 best-selling books written and published during the 2020 pandemic.
