•How to incorporate fermented vegetables in to your diet daily
Participate in making your own jar of sauerkraut to take home with you and sample a variety of fermented foods! Hunter Bahre is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with Reformed Nutrition, who serves those with food sensitivities, and those looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or change eating/lifestyle habits.
Class is free, but there will be a $10 supplies fee due at the door. Pre-registration required.
