Natural Solutions for Stress Reduction

Learn easy, accessible, tried and true techniques to create a health-supportive environment around you and your family with less stress and anxiety. We’ll discuss:
~ the essential oils that target and promote feelings of relaxation, tranquility and balance,
~ specific meditation practices (e.g. Mindfulness; Guided Visualization);
~ specific breathing exercises and stretches to promote balance in the body.
Leave with new tools to utilize to manage stress and free essential oil samples to try at home!
