How to Ferment Vegetables

Learn how to create your own fermented vegetables! During this basic course you’ll create your very own sauerkraut or similar, depending what is in season. Learn the process of fermenting vegetables and the benefits of consuing fermented foods. Sample a varierty of feremented items.

Taught by Lauren Jadovich and Hunter Bahre.
Cost: $10.00. Includes your own kraut in a mason jar.
