Come learn how to create your own ‘kraut
A basic introduction to vegetable fermentation

During Fermentation Night you will have the opportunity to:

• Create your very own jar of sauerkraut
• Learn the process of fermenting vegetables and the benefits of consuming fermented foods
• Sample a variety of fermented foods
• Get a head start on your journey as a vegetable fermentologist
